These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement" or "Terms") constitute a legally binding contract between you (the "User", "Player", or "Member") and rapid96 (hereinafter "the Company", "we", "us", or "our"), the operator of the online gaming and sports betting platform accessible at https://rapid96.cam and its associated subdomains.

When registering an Account on rapid96, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information at all times. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. rapid96 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your Account credentials.

Prior to processing any withdrawal request, rapid96 requires all Players to complete KYC verification. Acceptable documents include a valid Malaysian MyKad (Identity Card), Passport, or Driver's Licence as proof of identity, together with a utility bill or official correspondence dated within the preceding three (3) months as proof of address.

Your use of the rapid96 Platform is subject to the following general terms and conditions of use, which supplement and operate alongside the specific provisions in the sections that follow.

• You may access the Platform solely for lawful personal entertainment purposes.
• You must not use automated tools, bots, scripts, or any other software to interact with the Platform in a manner inconsistent with normal human user behaviour.
• You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform, other Accounts, or the Company's backend systems.
• You acknowledge that all games and betting markets available on the Platform are subject to an inherent element of chance and that past performance is not indicative of future results.
• rapid96 reserves the right to restrict, suspend, or modify access to any game, market, or feature on the Platform at any time and without prior notice.
• The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While rapid96 endeavours to maintain continuous availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

rapid96 accepts deposits via a range of payment methods suited to Malaysian players, including DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, as well as Bitcoin (BTC) and USDT. All deposits are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless you elect to deposit via cryptocurrency, in which case conversion to MYR will occur at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction.

Withdrawal requests may only be submitted in respect of verified Real Money Balances — that is, funds comprising cleared deposits and confirmed winnings that have met any applicable wagering requirements. Bonus Funds that have not been fully wagered through remain restricted and cannot be withdrawn.

rapid96 offers a range of promotional offers to new and existing Members, including welcome deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback schemes, referral bonuses, and VIP tier rewards. All promotions are subject to the specific terms attached to each offer, which are published at the time the promotion is made available. The following general conditions apply to all bonus offers:

• Bonuses are available to one Account per person, per household, per device, and per IP address. Any attempt to claim a bonus multiple times through the creation of additional Accounts will result in forfeiture of all associated bonuses and suspension of all related Accounts.
• Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements (sometimes referred to as "turnover requirements" or "playthrough requirements") that must be satisfied before any portion of the Bonus Funds or associated winnings can be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each promotion is stated in the promotion-specific terms.
• Winnings generated from free spins are typically credited as Bonus Funds and are subject to wagering requirements unless the promotion terms explicitly state otherwise.
• rapid96 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Where a promotion is withdrawn after a Player has already claimed the offer, the terms applicable at the time of the claim will continue to apply to that Player's existing Bonus Funds.
• The Company reserves the right to request documentary evidence of identity before crediting, releasing, or processing the withdrawal of any bonus or promotion-related funds.

The following rules apply to all betting and gaming activity on the rapid96 Platform:

• Finality of Results: All game outcomes and sports betting results determined and settled by the Platform are final, subject only to the Company's internal dispute resolution process. rapid96 does not accept claims arising from a Player's misunderstanding of game rules, odds formats, or bet mechanics.
• Minimum and Maximum Stakes: Each game and betting market is subject to minimum and maximum stake limits as displayed within the Platform interface. These limits may be adjusted at any time.
• Void Bets: A wager may be declared void in circumstances including, but not limited to: technical errors, data feed failures, obvious pricing errors, match abandonment, or where the Company determines that the bet was placed in bad faith or in breach of these Terms.
• Mix Parlay: Mix Parlay bets (combined multi-selection football wagers popular among Malaysian bettors) are settled in accordance with the specific Mix Parlay rules published on the Platform. All individual legs must win for the parlay to return a profit. Void legs may reduce the parlay to a straight or lower-leg combination at the prevailing odds.
• In-Play Betting: Live in-play betting markets are subject to suspension and closure at any time during an event. Bets accepted prior to suspension are settled on available data. rapid96 accepts no liability for bets placed on data that differs from the live match situation.
• RTP Figures: Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages displayed for slot and arcade games reflect the theoretical long-run average payout and are not a guarantee of individual session returns.

rapid96 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. We provide a suite of Player-protection tools accessible directly from every Account dashboard. Players are encouraged to make use of these tools proactively, particularly during extended playing sessions.

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps. Reductions to existing limits take effect immediately. Increases are subject to a mandatory 24-hour cooling-off period before becoming active.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may configure pop-up reminders that appear after a set duration of gameplay, prompting a review of session activity.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Players may request a temporary suspension of their Account for periods of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days without initiating full self-exclusion.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to permanently or indefinitely suspend their Account may request self-exclusion by contacting Customer Support. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and the Account will be closed within 24 hours of the request being confirmed.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the rapid96 Platform:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent point during Account use;
• Using the Platform for any purpose that constitutes money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity;
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or technical glitches — any winnings accumulated through such exploitation are void and subject to forfeiture;
• Engaging in "arbitrage" or "bonus abuse" strategies designed to guarantee profit from promotional offers without genuine gameplay intent;
• Using VPNs, proxy servers, or other technical means to circumvent jurisdiction-based access restrictions;
• Colluding with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market;
• Engaging in any conduct that is harassing, abusive, or threatening toward rapid96 staff or other Platform users;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or reproduce any aspect of the Platform's software or proprietary content.

rapid96 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period of being requested to do so;
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent, money-laundering, or other criminal activity;
• Discovery that the Account holder is under the age of 21;
• Regulatory obligation or instruction from a competent authority;
• Extended Account inactivity (as defined in the Company's dormant Account policy).

Players who wish to voluntarily close their Account should contact Customer Support. Where a voluntary closure request is received, any verified Real Money Balance remaining in the Account will be processed for withdrawal to the Player's verified payment method.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, rapid96 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to: loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of profits, or any other financial or reputational loss.

rapid96 does not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted, or error-free availability of the Platform. In the event of a technical failure that results in a game or bet being interrupted, rapid96 will make reasonable efforts to reinstate the wager or refund the stake at its discretion. The Company's total aggregate liability to any individual Player in connection with a single incident shall not exceed the value of the stake placed in respect of that incident.

Nothing in this Section limits the Company's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other matter for which liability cannot be excluded under applicable law.

All content on the rapid96 Platform — including but not limited to the rapid96 brand name, logo, design, graphics, software, text, and game content — is the intellectual property of the Company or is licensed to the Company by its content providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, transmit, or otherwise exploit any Platform content without the Company's prior written consent.

The collection, storage, and use of your personal data by rapid96 is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of this Agreement and is incorporated herein by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also acknowledge and consent to the data processing practices described in the Privacy Policy. You are encouraged to read the Privacy Policy before completing your registration.

rapid96 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, the Company will notify registered Players via the email address associated with their Account and/or by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform. The updated Terms will take effect from the date indicated in the "Last Updated" header at the top of this document. Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any changes. If you do not agree to any revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and request Account closure before the effective date of the amendment.

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. rapid96 is operated for the Malaysian market and takes compliance with applicable regulations seriously.

Any disputes relating to these Terms or the use of the Platform that cannot be resolved through the Company's internal complaints procedure shall be referred to binding arbitration or the applicable courts, as determined by the governing law and jurisdiction at the time the dispute arises.
